I just wanted to once again thank you for a great job you and your staff did at my daughter's wedding.  As you know we had about 300 people and I did not hear one person complain.  The food was prepared to perfection and presented exquisitely around the Stark's Building's fountain.  The staff was very attentive making sure that the food was always available and that all the guests were welcome and needs were met.  Not only did they look professional they performed their job that way.  This is simply a reflection on the whole operation starting at the top.  as you were aware of from the beginning of our preparations I had a concern about having an open bar, for obvious reasons.  I was VERY happy that we had absolutely no problems.  Your bartenders made me a happy camper.

Les, simply put you and your staff exceeded all expectations and this comes from a man who is not the easiest person to please.  If anybody wold  like to talk with me about my experience I will be happy to talk with them.
